Great view from tower. To get to salt flat it’s a bit of a walk. Beautiful pink hue. Call to see if visitor center is actually open. Just because website says it is means nothing.Full review by Ken J

There is a tower were you can see the area. Also, they offer tours were you can go thru the "Salinas" (salt ponds)

I checked the US Wildlife Service website and they had the hours. If you google the Cabo Rojo Salt Flats you will find the US Wildlife Service and the info.
