Illinois State Police said the driver who crashed into a building housing an after-school program in Chatham, Illinois, killing four, was not intoxicated at the time of the crash.

The driver allegedly crashed into the side of the YNOT after-school camp building in Chatham and drove right through it, smashing out the other side at around 3:20 p.m., Illinois State Police said.

Those killed range in age from 7 to 18, while six other children were taken to hospitals. One remains in critical condition, police said.
