The Alpine Formula 1 team has issued a statement following the increase in online hate, both towards Jack Doohan and Yuki Tsunoda.

Argentine Formula One rookie Franco Colapinto has urged his fans to be respectful after Red Bull's Yuki Tsunoda received online abuse at the Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix.

As Franco Colapinto began his Alpine career with a crash and zero points, Flavio Briatore has made it clear that "only" performance matters.
