Authorities said Friday that they don’t believe there is any threat to the public after the arrests were made.

Multiple people who had been allegedly plotting a violent attack over the Halloween weekend were arrested Friday morning in Michigan, FBI Director Kash Patel said in a social media post.

However, the FBI has not confirmed the location of the arrests or the alleged plot's location.
