An Indianapolis judge has set a trial date for former NFL quarterback Mark Sanchez, who faces a felony battery charge, among other offenses, after an Oct. 4 incident. Sanchez is accused of seriously injuring a truck driver outside a hotel.

The lawyers handling the Mark Sanchez criminal case revealed that he is “still recovering” from being stabbed.
