The Pittsburgh Steelers are acquiring Mike Williams in a trade with the New York Jets and Preston Smith in a swap with the Green Bay Packers, NFL Network Insiders Ian Rapoport and Tom Pelissero reported on Tuesday.

Rodgers and Williams appeared to have ironed things out by New York's Week 9 matchup with the Texans. Rodgers told Prime Video's "Thursday Night Football" crew that he loved Williams and expressed shock over the Williams deal while appearing on Pat McAfee's podcast on Tuesday.
