Police at Villanova University are investigating after they said an Uber driver raped a student in a campus residence hall.

The student said she got an Uber to The Commons residence hall complex, where the driver followed her inside and raped her.

School officials say it happened overnight on Sept. 13 inside the Commons residence hall complex. According to officials, the student reported that the Uber driver dropped her off outside her dorm before entering the building and assaulting her.
