The curious case of Karrion Kross and his apparent departure from WWE has dominated the conversation among wrestling fans for the past week.

Kross said he received a contract renewal offer last Tuesday. He also noted that his wife, Scarlett Bordeaux, who served as his manager under the pseudonym Scarlett, did not receive a contract renewal.

Kross also claims that even though he was given the chance to stay, his wife Scarlett was not offered a new contract. Surprising to some as the two have very much been a package deal throughout the pair's entire WWE run. However, even though Scarlett is a wrestler herself, WWE has rarely used her outside of accompanying Kross to the ring.
