MANASSAS, VA — After a delay last week due to the winter storm, the City of Manassas held a swearing in for returning Mayor Michelle Davis-Younger plus a new councilmember and two returning members.

Al Davis will coach the interior defensive line for the Tigers, while former Indiana assistant Kevin Peoples will coach the edge defensive line. Davis is entering his second season at Missouri.
