Amtrak has announced a new sale allowing customers booking a Roomette to bring a companion for free – for a limited time.

Amtrak's "Falling Fares Sale" offers up to 25% off on select routes for tickets booked by October 7, valid for travel from October 14 to December 18, excluding certain blackout dates.
