Update: The watch has been canceled for eastern Pa. Lebanon, Lancaster, Schuylkill and Berks counties are among those in eastern Pennsylvania under a tornado watch until 9 p.m. Tuesday, according to the National Weather Service in State College.

On Tuesday at 3:03 p.m. the National Weather Service released an updated tornado warning in effect until 3:15 p.m. for Sullivan County.

The NWS said the tornado reached an estimated peak of 110 mph.
