One person has died and 13 others are injured after a man drove into a children's birthday party in Maryland Saturday night in a hit and run, police said. The vehicle “struck several individuals gathered in front of a residence” for the party just after 10 p.m., Bladensburg’s police department said in a statement early Sunday morning.
