HOUSTON — NASA has deployed two specialized aircraft to assist state and local authorities with flood recovery operations in the Texas Hill Country. The project is a collaboration between the Texas Division of Emergency Management, the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and humanitarian organizations Save the Children and GiveDirectly.
