Justin Herbert breaks hand: The Chargers quarterback exited the game, and then later returned, with a broken hand and is scheduled to have surgery on Monday. Herbert is still expecting to play next Monday night against the Philadelphia Eagles, per ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
