The Panthers proved against the Packers that they can be a playoff team – and Rico Dowdle has three games with 100 or more rushing yards in the last five weeks. The Saints allow 129.4 rushing yards per game, too. Carolina is 3-1 S/U at home this season.

When it comes to that last part, the good news is that I've seen so many horror movies that I'm actually going to recommend some to a few NFL fan bases out there. Here are my three recommendations for this week:  The Cowboys,

The Arizona Cardinals have beaten the Dallas Cowboys 27-17 at AT&T Stadium on “Monday Night Football,” ending their five-game losing streak. Jacoby Brissett, filling in for the injured Kyler Murray, threw for 261 yards and two touchdowns.

The Cowboys were mounting a late fourth-quarter comeback in their 27-17 loss to the Cardinals when it was suddenly stopped. An unsportsmanlike conduct penalty didn’t decide Monday’s game, but it came at an inappropriate time.
