As the UK Parliament today debates Russian influence in UK politics, officials warn the country is locked in a “grey zone war” with the Kremlin.
The UK–India free trade deal came under cross-party criticism in Parliament, with MPs questioning its balance, impact on British jobs and labour protections, and warning that its benefits for the UK may take years to materialise.
The Business and Trade Committee is meeting next week to determine “how we might or might not take this investigation forward.”
