A day after Houston’s first 100-degree day of the year, Tropical Storm Bertha is bringing a modest change to the forecast — and a tropical storm warning for parts of the upper Texas Coast.

CW39 meteorologist Allison Gutleber says that Tropical Storm Bertha is heading toward Galveston Bay, bringing potential strong winds and two to four inches of rainfall to the Texas coast.
