AAA reports 72.2 million Americans will travel 50 miles or more from home for food, fireworks and family vacations this Independence Day, with 410,000 Idahoans

AAA is expecting an estimated 2.3 million North Carolina residents to travel domestically during the Independence Day holiday period.

Friday marks the official start of summer and the start of one of the busiest travel seasons of the year.With gas prices still the lowest they've been since 2021, AAA expects a record number of people to hit the road over the Fourth of July holiday period.
