Monday, after lackluster offensive performance by the Raiders and quarterback Gardner Minshew, head coach Antonio Pierce was asked if Minshew could get benched in favor of former starter Aidan O’Connell, who came in a led a TD drive after the game was out of reach.

Maxx Crosby gives wife Rachel Crosby much of the credit for his success today. Maxx is one of the NFL ’s most impactful defensive players, having received three Pro Bowl selections and been named to the NFL’s All-Pro Second Team twice as a defensive end for the Las Vegas Raiders.

One thing became apparent in Sunday’s loss to the Panthers and that was that the Raiders is not able to function at a high level if Maxx Crosby is not himself. He was obviously not right. And the Raiders got routed by the Carolina Panthers as a result.
