After a failed recruitment war between Florida and Miami, and one-year stints with Arizona State and Georgia, Jaden Rashada is once again seeking greener pastures.

The Florida Gators make an addition on defense via the transfer portal. UMass transfer edge Kofi Asare has made his commitment following his official visit to Gainesville. Asare has posted himself in a Gators uniform on his X (formely Twitter) page. He is coming off of his redshirt sophomore season and has two more years of eligibility.

Vincent Brown Jr. joins Florida through the transfer portal as a preferred walk-on to become the seventh member of his family to wear the Orange and Blue.
