All six players can be activated at any point during camp and they will not be able to practice until that happens.

Mills isn’t getting activated any time soon given he tore his ACL in January, so really the focus is on Alexander, as is justified given his tremendous last name. The 49ers' rookies report to training camp today, and seventh-round quarterback Kurtis Rourke is expected to be placed on the non-football injury list before practice begins, Matt Maiocco of NBC Sports Bay Area reports.
