A coastal flood advisory was issued by the NWS Newport/Morehead City NC on Friday at 12:52 p.m. Up to two feet of inundation above ground level in low-lying areas near shorelines and tidal waterways for Northern Outer Banks until 11 a.m. Saturday.
UPDATE: The current flood advisory will expire at 10:15 p.m., says the NWS
"The Flood Advisory will expire at 10:15 p.m. this evening for a portion of northern California, including the following areas, Butte and Glenn. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat," according to the NWS Sacramento CA. The advisory is in effect until 10:15 p.m.
