The Justice Department has asked a federal court in Miami to unseal the Jeffrey Epstein grand jury transcripts amid the firestorm surrounding the disgraced financier's case.

The U.S. government on Friday filed a motion to unseal grand jury transcripts related to the late financier and sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Soon after the publication of the article, Trump called the letter a "FAKE" in a social media post and said the story is "false, malicious, and defamatory."
