Philadelphia Eagles coach Nick Sirianni says it's “going to be tough” for injured quarterback Jalen Hurts to play Sunday against Dallas.

The Philadelphia Eagles have ruled out starting quarterback Jalen Hurts for Sunday's game with the Dallas Cowboys. Hurts is in concussion protocol and won't be ready to play. Kenny Pickett will replace Hurts for the NFC East leaders.

On Friday, head coach Nick Sirianni provided an update on his team’s signal caller, and implied that it was looking like he’d be out for at least another week. The team ultimately made the call that Hurts will be out for Sunday's game against the Dallas Cowboys later in the afternoon.
