A devoted dad has been identified as one of the two steel workers killed from an explosion at a Pennsylvania steel plant on Monday, officials said.
Timothy Quinn, 39, of East Huntingdon Township, also died in the incident. Ten other people were injured. Three of them are still hospitalized.
