McLaren didn’t have the kind of weekend it expected in Montreal and must adjust in order to keep its rivals at bay.

Team principal Andrea Stella acknowledged that a clash between the two championship contenders was imminent at some point in the current season.

In the closing laps of the Canadian Grand Prix, McLaren teammates Oscar Piastri and Lando Norris were battling for fourth place, with hopes of a fight further up the grid on the table for the McLaren driver who emerged victorious.
