Montgomery County leaders are stepping up to assist neighbors and nonprofits who are impacted by the government shutdown.

On Tuesday, deputies with the Montgomery County Precinct 4 Office responded to an incident at RB Tullis Library located at 21560 US Highway 59 in New Caney after two employees said a woman approached them in the library parking lot and handed them a damp, pink flyer.
