India's NTPC Green Energy has set a price band of 102 rupees to 108 rupees per share for its 100 billion rupees ($1.19 billion) IPO, which is set to be the country's third-largest this year, a newspaper advertisement showed on Wednesday.

NTPC Green Energy is a wholly-owned subsidiary of NTPC Ltd, focusing on renewable energy projects through both organic growth and acquisitions.

The company reported a consolidated revenue Rs 578.44 crore and a profit after tax of Rs 138.61 crore during the three months ended June 2024.
