Detroit man Jarvis Ramon Butts is facing homicide and sexual assault charges in connection with missing teen Na'Ziyah Harris, prosecutors announced.

The charges were filed in a Quebec City courthouse on Sept. 26. The assault is said to have occurred between July 16 and 17, 2010, according to an arrest warrant. Both dates overlap with the artists’ appearance at Festival d’été de Québec in Québec City.
