The Dodgers forced a Game 7 with a drama-filled 3–1 victory in Game 6 on Friday night. Shortly afterwards, it was reported that Los Angeles was going to start two-way superstar Shohei Ohtani on the mound for the winner-take-all Game 7 at Rogers Centre.

The Toronto Blue Jays have one more chance to end their 2025 MLB season as World Series champions after dropping Game 6 at home to the Los Angeles Dodgers 3-1.

Hall of famer Derek Jeter recalled Yesavage’s performance in Game 2 of the ALDS, where he struck out 11 batters in New York, to frame his Game 5 showing.
