The Toronto Raptors recently announced that they will retire Vince Carter’s No. 15 jersey on November 2. However, this decision has sparked some debate among fans and members of the organization. Some “high-ranking members” believe that Kyle Lowry should have been the first player honored with a jersey retirement.

The eight-time All-Star will become the first player in Raptors history to have his number and jersey retired.
