WHITEWATER TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WKRC) - About 210 households remained evacuated due to a styrene leak from a rail car in Whitewater Township. The rail car leak was reported Tuesday afternoon in the area of US 50 and SR 128. Another 14 cars were carrying styrene. They were tested and were in the process of being moved.
