FOX Sports is counting down the 25 best World Series teams of the 21st Century. At No. 6 is the 2020 Los Angeles Dodgers.

The Dodgers have won eight World Series titles in franchise history. The team's first World Series title came in 1955 when the team still played in Brooklyn. By the time the Dodgers won their second title in '59, they were located in Los Angeles.

Utility player Kiké Hernández can become the Dodgers' all-time leader in postseason games played in this World Series. Hernández has played in 85 Dodgers playoff games, one shy of Justin Turner's record of 86. Having played in all games in this postseason run, Hernández can surpass Tuner's mark as early as Game 2 of the World Series.

Many baseball fans will recall that Snell was the victim of some extreme overmanaging by Tampa Bay Rays skipper Kevin Cash in the 2020 World Series, ironically against the Dodgers.

And then there were two. The 2025 World Series matchup is set, bringing together the defending champion Dodgers and a Blue Jays club making its first Fall Classic appearance since 1993. It’s a showdown few could have seen coming at the start of the season.
