Matt Law reported that Reece James was set to start for England for the first time in almost three years, and the Chelsea captain was indeed named at right-back in place of Kyle Walker.

That statement rings true in regards to Phil Foden as a player. At some point, whether it’s this season or next, City’s wonder boy will be back playing at the level expected of him.
