ACSO detectives said Phillip Everett was arrested Friday and faces charges of lewd and lascivious behavior on a teenager between 12 and 16 years old.

Phillip Lee Everett, Jr., 29, was arrested yesterday and charged with two counts of lewd/lascivious battery on a 15-year-old who was allegedly trafficked, generating numerous criminal cases.
