The Foundation for Delaware County has agreed to provide enough money to keep Crozer-Chester Medical Center and Taylor Hospital open through roughly March 28, a bankruptcy attorney for hospital owner Prospect Medical Holdings said during a court hearing Tuesday.

A day after officials said new funding would keep Crozer Health's facilities open four to six weeks, an attorney says the money only covers two weeks.

At a rally Tuesday, Crozer Health workers called for a long-term solution to keep the system — which includes Crozer-Chester Medical Center, Taylor Hospital and other facilities in Delaware County, Pennsylvania — open.
