NEW YORK (AP) — R&B singer Cassie said Sean “Diddy” Combs’ infidelity was a painful part of their combustible, nearly 11-year relationship, as the music mogul’s defense team began cross-examination of the prosecution’s start witness on Thursday in his sex trafficking trial.
The 55-year-old hip-hop mogul has been charged by federal prosecutors with sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy and transportation to engage in prostitution.
Cassie Ventura is expected back on the stand for cross-examination in the Sean "Diddy" Combs trial after accusing him of raping her in 2018.
Cassie Ventura took the stand in Diddy's trial and testified she received a $20 million settlement from a lawsuit filed in November and dismissed 24 hours later.
