BERLIN — Austria’s anti-immigration Freedom Party (FPÖ) was on track Sunday night to win the Austrian parliamentary election in an unprecedented victory.

(CNN) — Austria goes to the polls this Sunday, with the populist, anti-immigration Freedom Party (FPÖ) tipped to emerge as the winner, in what would mark another gain for the far right in Europe.

The Freedom Party, led by Herbert Kickl, secured 29.2% of the vote, topping the center-right Austrian People's Party with 26.5% and the Social Democrats with 21%.
