George Kittle put the NFL on notice when breaking news on Tuesday. The San Francisco 49ers tight end interrupted a live NFL Network interview with linebacker Fred Warner to voice his disappointment with the league.

On Tuesday, the NFL sent a memo out to its teams stating that the league is banning ammonia inhalants, colloquially known as smelling salts, effective immediately. While 49ers star Fred Warner was being interviewed live on NFL Network, Kittle barged in to effectively break the news about the new ban — and have his version of Festivus in August.

" I considered retirement ," Kittle said. "We have to figure out a middle ground.”
