Magic: The Gathering is making a controversial choice with its Final Fantasy UB set, and it may eventually backfire.

And the caption understood the assignment, as it begins with the well-known line “Long ago, the four nations lived in harmony, but everything changed when the Fire Nation attacked.”

It was revealed during MagicCon: Chicago that the next Magic: The Gathering crossover appearance in the D&D multiverse is a crossover book that will flesh out Lorwyn-Shadowmoor, a plane that has appeared in multiple sets in the card game.

Tarkir: Dragonstorm, perhaps the most metal name for a Magic: The Gathering expansion since Aether Revolt, arrives on April 11. The Gathering already gone on Amazon. eBay sales of pre-orders are breaking the Terms of Service, due to the set not coming out till June. Fans advised to wait for wider availability of sets, as Wizards of the Coast will produce plenty.
