Legendary rock star Ozzy Osbourne's cause of death was revealed on Tuesday, with documents showing he had a heart attack.

Osbourne, known as the Prince of Darkness, died July 22 at the age of 76. A heavy metal icon, and the face of Black Sabbath, died “surrounded by love,” his family said in a statement at the time.
