A 30-year-old Laredo resident has been charged with enticing a 14-year-old minor to engage in sexual activity and possession of child sexual abuse material.

Sheriff Ramon E. Montes posted on Facebook Thursday, August 7, that a child abuse case has reopened in Zapata County.
