Tempe Works is an innovative jobs program approved by the Tempe City Council in 2017 to help unsheltered individuals improve self-sufficiency and achieve an end to their homelessness. The first-of-its kind program provides support to individuals experiencing homelessness in Tempe through stable employment and housing.
