On day three we’ve woken up in Musgrave Inlet on the Auckland Islands. We get woken by an announcement over the ship’s loudspeaker just before breakfast time. Usually it’s early enough for us to catch a sunrise. Today’s was a beauty! The plan is to explore the islands by zodiac and hopefully see some more penguins! | Matty Jordan Antarctica

The Cook Islands have marked a major milestone in their sporting history, sending a full home grown U18 women's rugby sevens team to compete at the prestigious Global Youth Sevens tournament in Auckland this weekend, captained by 17-year-old multi-sport standout Tashi Kopu.
