Proper mewing = real results! Here is how: • Keep your entire tongue flat and pressed against the roof of your mouth (not just the tip!) • Your mouth stays closed, teeth lightly touching (no clenching) • Breathe through your nose, not your mouth. • Make it your natural resting position all day. Consistency will transform your jawline, neck, and even your face shape over time. #Mewing #JawlineGoals #FacePosture #NaturalBeauty #TransformationJourney #trinhgeorgg | Trinh Georg

👅✨ What Is the Correct Tongue Posture? Correct tongue posture means the tongue is resting gently UP on the roof of the mouth — not low, not forward, and not pushing on the teeth. This is the tongue’s natural resting position when the body is functioning well 🌿 ⸻ ✅ Correct Tongue Posture Looks Like This: • 👅 The entire tongue (not just the tip) rests lightly against the palate • 📍 The tip of the tongue sits just behind the top front teeth (on the “spot”) • 🙂 Lips are closed at rest • 🦷 Teet
