Philadelphia Police are investigating a deadly shooting in the Frankford section of the city. Authorities say a 20-year-old man was shot in the head while driving just before 10 p.m. on the 1600 block of Brill Street. After being struck, the victim’s vehicle pulled over, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
