🏈On July 17, 1983 Michigan Panthers quarterback Bobby Hebert hit Anthony Carter with a 48-yard touchdown pass with 3:11 left to beat the Philadelphia Stars 24-22 in the inaugural USFL championship in front of 50,906 fans at Mile High Stadium in Denver, Colorado.
