Today Faith participated in a 1 day swim camp host by Fitter & Faster Swim Camps It was a super cold morning and an early start for a Saturday practice. She learned a lot from Joshua Dannhauser. He taught them a lot and Faith was able to learn a lot on her starts underwater and breakouts. She will hopefully show off her new techniques at her next meet on May 17th!!
