Quite often in Wing Chun we move to the Outside Gate, but sometimes you simply can’t. In a fight, you must know how to defend yourself against a barrage of wild combination punches. In this video we discuss how to move as efficiently as possible, to get INSIDE the arms. The key to surviving a barrage of heavy swinging punches when you can’t get to the outside, is simply to get INSIDE THE ARC of the punches.
