My fav gluhwein recipe: 1 bottle of red, 1 sliced lemon, 2 sticks of cinnamon, 3 cloves, 2 cardamom pods,star anise & 3 tablespoons of brown sugar. Heat wine in pot - don’t let it boil! Add ingredients and continue to heat for 10-15min. Use ladle to serve. I add orange rind and lastly a slice of orange! Delicious! #gluhwein #recipe | Louise Carver
